Refund Policy:
We offer hassle-free refunds for orders that have not yet shipped. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer support team immediately. Once the product has been shipped, we are unable to process refunds.
Return Policy:
We stand by the quality of our products and take every measure to ensure they arrive safely. In the rare event that your product is damaged in transit, we will gladly accept returns under the following conditions:
The damage occurred during shipping.
You provide photographs clearly showing the damage to both the package and the product.
How to Request a Return or Refund:
Contact Customer Support: Reach out to our friendly customer support team at info@tcorebiotech.com within 3 business days of receiving your order.
Provide Documentation: Please include your order number and detailed photos of the damaged package and product.
Return Authorization: Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide you with a new tracking number or order for the replacement of the product that was damaged.
Additional Information:
At TCore Biotech we take our product security very strict. Because of this please note that no products can be returned or exchanged once they have physically left the warehouse facility. Any products requiring a replacement should be discarded after a final decision is made up on your replacement status. TCore Biotech LLC does not accept any returns.
